Oh, no! I don’t have eclipse glasses and I looked right at it!
On my phone. Via the CNN app. Cuz there’s nothing to see in the sky where I am, in the path of total yawn.
I particularly enjoyed the footage of people using their phones to take photos of the eclipse — with the flash on. Very helpful for an astronomical event a quarter million miles away.
