Ever since laughing out loud at “The Play That Goes Wrong” on Broadway in 2017, I have been a fan of the Mischief Theatre Company. Every production I’ve seen since (e.g. “Peter Pan Goes Wrong,” “The Goes Wrong Show,” “A Christmas Carol Goes Wrong”) further cemented the troupe’s reputation for hilarity.

A few years ago, with some help from Penn & Teller, Mischief created “Magic Goes Wrong,” which satirizes classic magic routines. In 2018, before the show debuted in London’s West End, they appeared at a benefit for the Prince’s Trust with their take on mentalism…
