Last summer, I said I would not be joining the social media platform Threads because it’s owned by Mark Zuckerberg’s Meta, parent company of Facebook, which I disowned several years ago.
However, due to Elon Musk’s ongoing destruction of Twitter as well as his abhorrent public statements, many of the people I used to follow there have abandoned it and joined Threads. Because I like the content they create, I’ve decided to reverse course and jump in the pool with them. As I’ve done on the other site for years, I’ll post links to my newest content almost daily. If you’re on Threads, you can find me under the username paulharrisonline.
While I’m at it, I’ll plug my presence on two other social media outlets, although neither of them comes close to the reach of Threads or Twitter. On both Bluesky and Mastodon my username is paulharrisshow (the same one I still retain on Twitter).
