Here’s my conversation with former CNN President Reese Schonfeld about how TV newscasts aren’t paying nearly enough attention to the war in Iraq.  He believes that we deserve as much coverage of the war as we do Hurricane Katrina, not to mention Natalee Holloway et al, and that it has to be more than just “what blew up today.”  Instead, it should include context and in-depth reporting, which would have a big impact on public perception of what the US is doing in Iraq and how much longer we’ll be there.
